| Query Letter Contents | We refer to your Company's announcement dated 10 February 2014 in respect of the above matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- 1. The net profit attributable to Kembang based on the last audited financial statements. 2. The name of Directors of Kembang. 3. The terms of tenure for the Land. 4. Justification for the Purchase Price. 5. The manner in which the Purchase Price will be satisfied including terms of any arrangement for payment on a deferred basis, if applicable. 6. Breakdown for the source of funding. 7. Where applicable, a description of the current projects undertaken by Kembang including but not limited to the type of development, name of project, expected commencement and completion date(s), as well as contract value of the recent major projects completed and current projects on hand. 8. Statement whether the Proposed Acquisition might reasonably be expected to result in diversification of operations of SMPC pursuant to Paragraph 10.13 of the Main Market Listing Requirements. 9. Brief description of the mitigating factors for the risks inherent in the property development business as well as the management's skills and experience in the property development business. 10. The termination/refund clause of the SSA in events of default/termination by any parties.
