We refer to the announcement dated 26.9.2016 pertaining to the above subject matter. The Board of Directors of ATTA Global Group Berhad ("ATTA" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company's subsidiary, Duro Structural Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. (DSP) has on 19 January 2016 served with a Sealed Order whereby DSP had been placed under winding up by the Court pursuant to Section 218(1) (e) of the Companies Act, 1965, Official Receiver had been appointed as Liquidator for DSP and the Petition Cost would be borne by DSP. Â
