On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATTA, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

(i)         proposed reduction of the issued and paid-up share capital of ATTA pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965, involving the cancellation of RM0.70 from the par value of every existing ordinary share of RM1.00 each in ATTA (“Proposed Par Value Reduction”); and

(ii)        proposed amendment to the Memorandum of Association of ATTA to facilitate the Proposed Par Value Reduction (“Proposed MA Amendment”).

The Proposed Par Value Reduction and the Proposed MA Amendment are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.
