The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 16 February 2017, the Company has entered into an undertaking to subscribe for 1,237,500 ordinary shares representing 55% equity interest in Tetap Gembira Development Sdn. Bhd. (TG) for a total consideration of RM6,187,500 resulting in TG becoming a 55% owed subsidiary of ATTA (Proposed Acquisition).
