Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(5) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirement, the Board of Directors of ATTA Global Group Berhad (“ATTA” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that ATTA has on 25 April 2017 purchased 4 ordinary shares representing 100% equity interest in Duro Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (DM) from Duro Metal Industrial (M) Sdn. Bhd. for a total cash consideration of RM4/-, resulting in Duro Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. becoming a direct wholly owned subsidiary to the Company;

(“Re- Organisation of the Group Structure”)

The proposed Re-Organisation of the Group Structure is not expected to have any material effect on the consolidated earnings or net assets of ATTA Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2017. None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of ATTA or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Re-Organisation of the Group Structure.
