Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 31 March 2017 and 13 April 2017 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATTA, Public Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had decided to revise the Proposals to as follows:

(i) proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 2,515,037,240 new irredeemable convertible preference shares (“ICPS”) at an issue price of RM0.08 per ICPS on the basis of eight (8) ICPS for every one (1) existing ordinary share held in ATTA (“ATTA Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Rights Issue of ICPS”); and

(ii) proposed amendments to the memorandum and articles of association (“M&A”) to facilitate the Proposed Rights Issue of ICPS (“Proposed M&A Amendments”).
