Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 31 March 2017, 13 April 2017 and 25 May 2017 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of ATTA, PIVB wishes to announce that the additional listing application submitted to Bursa Securities on 13 April 2017 has been withdrawn from Bursa Securities today pursuant to the revision of the Proposals which was announced on 25 May 2017.
