On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the supplemental Trust Deed, supplemental Deed Poll B and supplemental Deed Poll C constituting the Trust Deed Amendments, Deed Poll B Amendments and Deed Poll C Amendments, respectively, have been duly executed on 20 October 2017. In addition, on behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the amended By-Laws have become effective on 20 October 2017 following the approval of the shareholders on the resolution for the By-Laws Amendments on even date.
