We refer to our announcements on 16 February 2017, 21 February 2017, 22 February 2017 and 30 June 2017 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of 55% Equity Interest in Tetap Gembira Development Sdn. Bhd. ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined herein, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(47)(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of ATTA wishes to announce that the Acquisition of 55% Equity Interest in Tetap Gembira Development Sdn. Bhd. has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Undertaking and Tetap Gembira Development Sdn. Bhd. is now a subsidiary of the ATTA.
