The Board of Directors of ATTA wishes to announce that Park Avenue Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“PAC” or “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATTA, had on 7 March 2018 entered into a Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement (“SPA”) and Supplemental Agreement ("SA") with Ch’ng Dickeon (NRIC No. 921017-07-5081) and Chua Phaik Fang (NRIC No. 841012-07-5138) (collectively known as “Vendors”) for the acquisition of 250,000 ordinary shares (“Sale Shares”) representing 100% of the issued share capital of Sungguh Gemilang Development Sdn. Bhd. (“SUNGGUH”) for a cash consideration of RM1,150,000.00 and proposed assumption of liabilities of RM10,850,000.00, making up a total purchase consideration of RM12,000,000.00 (“Total Purchase Consideration”).

Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, SUNGGUH will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the PAC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ATTA.
