The Board of Directors of ATTA wishes to announce that on 16 January 2020, Sparkle Gateway Sdn. Bhd. [201601023060 (1193999-P)] (“SGSB” or “the Vendor”), a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with ISEC (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. [201201006571 (980096-D)] (“ISEC” or “the Purchaser”) for the disposal of the following property for a total consideration of RM18,100,000.00 (“the Purchase Price”):

All that property known as No. Lot 1047, Section 13, Bandar Georgetown, Daerah Timur Laut, Penang comprised in Geran No. 8892 with premises erected thereon now bearing address No. 56, Jalan Larut, 10050 Penang (“the said Property”).
