Reference is made to the following:-

1. The announcement issued by the Company on 28 October 2020 in relation to the Notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 9 December 2020 at Ixora Hotel Prai, 3096, Jalan Baru, Bandar Perai Jaya, 13600 Prai, Penang, Malaysia at 11.00 a.m..

2. On 7 November 2020, the Government of Malaysia announced an imposition of a conditional movement control order from 9 November 2020 to 6 December 2020 across all states in Peninsular Malaysia, except for Perlis, Pahang and Kelantan.

In view of the above, the Company wishes to inform its shareholders that the 39th AGM shall be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course.
