We refer to the announcements made on 5 August 2021 and 16 August 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of ATTA, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 18 August 2021 which was received on 19 August 2021, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 153,328,000 new ATTA Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:

(i) ATTA and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii) ATTA and TA Securities are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii) ATTA and TA Securities are required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

(iv) In the event the Proposed Private Placement is not completed before the next Annual General Meeting, ATTA is required to furnish a certified true copy of the resolution passed by ATTA’s shareholders for a general mandate under Section 76 of the Companies Act 2016 at ATTA’s forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
