We refer to our previous announcement on 12 January 2021 wherein we had informed that one of our Executive Director, Mr. Tan Kim Hee was detained by the Johor Police to assist in an investigation of a case not related to ATTA Global Group Berhad or any of it subsidiaries and /or associated companies. We now wish to inform that we have received notification from Police that the said Mr. Tan Kim Hee is released from the investigations as of 23 August 2021.
