The Board of Directors of ATTA wishes to announce that Sparkle Gateway Sdn. Bhd. (“SGSB” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Park Avenue Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“PAC”), and PAC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATTA, had on 25 March 2022 entered into a Shares Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Lotus Conquest Sdn. Bhd. [202101027026 (1427326-U)] (“the Vendor”) for the acquisition of 1,600,000 ordinary shares in Mutiara Biopolis Properties Sdn. Bhd. [202001011896 (1368216-D)] (“MBP”) equivalent to 80% of the total shareholding interest in MBP (“the Sale Shares”) for a total consideration of RM5,000,000.00 (“Purchase Price”).

(herein referred to as "Proposed Acquisition")

Upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition, MBP will become a subsidiary of SGSB of which SGSB owns 80% of the equity interest of MBP. ATTA will become ultimate holding company to MBP.
