We refer to our announcements dated 25 March 2022 and 29 March 2022 in relation to the Acquisition of 80% Equity Interest in Mutiara Biopolis Properties Sdn. Bhd. by its sub-subsidiary company, Sparkle Gateway Sdn. Bhd.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(47)(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of ATTA wishes to announce that the Acquisition of 80% Equity Interest in Mutiara Biopolis Properties Sdn. Bhd. by its sub-subsidiary company, Sparkle Gateway Sdn. Bhd. has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Shares Sale Agreement dated 25 March 2022.
