The Company wishes to announce that the ESOS of ATTA which has been in force for a period of ten (10) years since the implementation on 19 November 2012, expired on 18 October 2022.
As at 18 October 2022, 2,056,915 ESOS Options remained unexercised and has lapsed upon the expiry of the ESOS. Pursuant to ESOS By-Law 19.5, all unexercised Options shall lapse on the Date of Expiry.
Accordingly, the ESOS Committee, comprising Mr. Tan Kim Hee, Mr Goh Chin Heng and Mr. Siva Raman A/L S. Ramasamy Pattar is dissolved on 18 October 2022.
