The Board of Directors of ATTA wishes to announce that the Risk Management Committee had been re-designated and now known as "Risk Management and Sustainability Committee ("RMSC")" to reflect the additional oversight functions of the Committee on the management sustainability matters of ATTA with effective from 2 March 2023.

The composition of the RMSC is as follows:-

(1) Mr. Chow Choon Hoong - Chairman of Risk Management and Sustainability Committee (Executive Director)

(2) Ms. Loh Yee Sing - Member of Risk Management and Sustainability Committee (Independent Non-Executive Director)

(3) Mr. Mathavan Pillay A/L Kanasi - Member of Risk Management and Sustainability Committee (Non-Directorate)

(4) Mr. Izzat Hafizuddin Bin Mohammad Halmi - Member of Risk Management and Sustainability Committee (Non-Directorate)
