The 75,510,100 Consideration Shares were allotted and issued pursuant to the Acquisition of Lot No. 5785 (30,612,200 Consideration Shares) and Acquisition of Lot No. PT 6602 (44,897,900 Consideration Shares), that was announced on 10 November 2022. The issuance of the remaining 38,775,500 Consideration Shares for the Acquisition of Lot No. PT 6572 will be completed later after obtaining the consent from Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pulau Pinang for the transfer of land title.
